“My work with Emma is the best development I have ever done and has enabled me to lead my team through this tricky time in a way that feels authentic to who I am as a person and a leader.”
“Emma really challenged me to ask some of the big questions which supported me in being clear about what I did and didn’t want out of my next opportunity. And as I grew in confidence, I realised there were many opportunities for me to pursue and I am happy to say I secured one of them.”
