Linda works on creating a safe environment of equal partnership, focused thinking and reflective learning (and unlearning), to mobilise clients towards their personal and professional goals. Linda allows them the space to deepen their thinking about themselves, whilst providing insights and observations from a coach’s perspective. Essentially, these coaching conversations stimulate new perspectives for clients, as well as equipping them with the skills and confidence to self manage, and to access their own power, which may be lying unrealised or latent. Utilising Integral Theory, the Enneagram (Personality Profiling), Relationship and Systems Thinking, Mind-Body connection, Leadership Maturity Stages, Dare to LeadTM tools and a wide array of other Personal Mastery models, in order to enable shifts in thinking, being and doing. Linda is an international coach, with clients in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, India and the U.S. She has been actively coaching for the past nine years, with over 2500 hours coaching individuals and teams. Linda’s clients span across different life and professional stages, including young adults, mid and senior level management, executives as well as individuals preparing for retirement.
